Water has been released through four cluster gates from the Bhadra reservoir. Bhadra dam is flowing through the month of July because of the heavy rainfall this season. <br /> <br /> ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಲಕ್ಕವಳ್ಳಿ ಬಳಿಯ ಭದ್ರಾ ಜಲಾಶಯದಿಂದ ನದಿಗೆ ನೀರು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. 186 ಅಡಿ ಎತ್ತರವಿರುವ ಭದ್ರಾ ಜಲಾಶಯದಲ್ಲಿ 183.5 ಅಡಿ ನೀರು ತುಂಬಿರುವ ಹಿನ್ನಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಣೆಕಟ್ಟೆಯ ಗೇಟನ್ನು ತೆರೆದು, ನದಿಗೆ ನೀರು ಬಿಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
